Vanesa Pérez-Sauquillo

(Madrid, 1978)

Poet, Children and Young Adult Literature author and translator.

Throughout her career, she has received several awards including the Critical Eye Award from Spanish National Radio. Her poems have been included in numerous poetry anthologies (in Hyperion, Castalia, the Cervantes Institute, the University of Manchester, Milan ...) and also in textbooks in Spain and Brazil.

Invited by national and international universities, cultural centers and poetry festivals, she often recites accompanied by the classical and jazz guitar of Paul Gladis.
